The Darkened Furrow...
Being frightened by the hollow of sound
Percolating from everywhere else,
I found my guts sinking in the dusk,
But my dormant spirit still ran through the undulating ways in the dark.
I heard the screaming of my child,
Getting drowned in infinite terror,
Kicking my womb, and trembling in horror.
I fought breathlessly in motherly act with the demons of the life,
to keep the innocence inside alive.
But I was defeated, again & again
Could sense the ghostly silence
Emphasized over my dwelling sorrow,
I felt the impetuous flow of the blood,
Running through the darkened furrow.
