Dear Diary ; Chapter Three.I'm Working On It.
Dear diary,What am I doing here? Where do I go from here? My mind's mixed up.Dear Diary, please help me with my thoughts. There's this girl...After that day, we sat together every day. And everyday I'd walk her to her class. We started getting closer and closer. But i never asked her any personal questions. Everytime i tried, she'd look away and change the subject. It was Friday and i asked her if she had any plans for the weekend. She shook her head and said \"Nahh.\" Well. You guessed it. I asked her if she wanted to come over. She looked at me with a surprised look. \"Really?\" She asked me. \"Well yeah. I just asked you didn't i?\" I playfully joked. She looked at me and smiled. \"True, true. I'll have to ask my mom. Maybe you can come over after school. You can meet her.\" I nodded and we went off to class with the bell ringing telling us we had 5 minutes left. After school i met her outside the school grounds \"I didn't know you walked.\" I said. \"I didn't know you rode your bike.\" She said in reply. \"well lets go then.\" i said walking beside her. She looked at me and then infront of her. It was practically silent the whole walk to her house. We finally got there and she invited me inside. \"Emma? Is that you?\" \"Yeah Mom\" she said in a mellow tone. She told me to take my shoes off as we walked through the house to the living room to say 'hello\" to mother. \"Is it okay if i go over to Aiden's tonight, mom? I'll bring my phone and have her bring me home tomorrow.\" Her mom agreed after playfully thinking about it, making Emma anxious. Emma smiled and ran to her room to get clothes. \"Is she always this excited?\" I asked her mom. \"ha, no. It must me something about you. She never got to go anywhere when we lived with her father. I looked at her worriedly. \"Uhm, if you don't mind me asking, what happened?\" \"He was a horrible man.\" Her mom said. \"But don't worry your head about him. We're from a whole different state. He doesn't care anymore.\" she said, a smile crossing her face. \"It's time to start over. But please take care of my baby, young lady.\" I nodded, and smiled reassuringly. I heard my name \"Ready to go?\" Emma asked me. \"Of course. Lets go.\" she said. we walked to my house, it took a lot longer than it did if i was riding my bike. It was worth it though. The walk home was full of laughter and story telling about her old friends that she had at her school before she moved. She was the cutest thing ever.
I know you may be asking, \"what happened with her father?\". Well. I'm trying to find out. We'll just see what happens.
